Refund Policy

At D. SOONDRAM, we strive to provide high-quality services. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please review our refund policy.

1. Construction Services

  • Due to the nature of construction services, refunds will not be provided once the project has commenced. All payments are subject to the terms agreed upon in the contract.

2. Property Management Services

  • For ongoing property management services, a cancellation notice must be provided 30 days in advance. Refunds for unused services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, based on the contract terms.

3. Dispute Resolution

  • If there are any disputes regarding payments or services rendered, please contact us immediately, and we will aim to resolve the issue.
